Delete your Quesso account

You can delete your Quesso account and all data linked to it at any time, directly in the app. No email or waiting period is required.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open Quesso and tap the gear icon (Settings) in the top-right corner.
- Tap Profile.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom of the profile page.
- Confirm with Delete forever.
If the app asks you to sign in again first, that is a security check by Firebase for older sessions: sign out, sign in, and repeat the steps.
This works for Google, Apple and guest accounts, on both Android and iOS.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, email nur.almakhanov@gmail.com from the address you signed in with (or include your Player ID from Settings → Profile). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What is deleted, what is kept

Delete some data without deleting the account
You can delete parts of your Quesso data in the app while keeping your account:
- Favorites: open Favorites (heart icon on the home screen), long-press a question and confirm Remove. The question is deleted from your account immediately.
- Category progress: open the category and tap Reset progress. Your saved position and passed questions for that category are deleted immediately.
- Support messages: email nur.almakhanov@gmail.com with your Player ID (Settings → Profile) — deleted within 30 days.
Deletions sync to all your devices. Analytics and crash data cannot be deleted per item; they are not linked to your identity and are retained by Firebase for up to 14 months.

Аккаунт и все связанные с ним данные можно удалить прямо в приложении, без писем и ожидания.
Как удалить аккаунт в приложении
- Открой Quesso и нажми шестерёнку (Настройки) в правом верхнем углу.
- Нажми Профиль.
- Внизу страницы нажми Удалить аккаунт.
- Подтверди кнопкой Удалить навсегда.
Если приложение попросит сначала войти заново — это проверка безопасности для старых сессий: выйди, войди и повтори шаги.
Запрос без приложения
Напиши на nur.almakhanov@gmail.com с адреса, под которым входил (или укажи ID игрока из Настройки → Профиль). Удалим в течение 30 дней и подтвердим ответом.
Удаление части данных без удаления аккаунта
- Избранное: открой Избранное (сердечко на главном экране), долгое нажатие на вопрос → Удалить. Удаляется из аккаунта сразу.
- Прогресс категории: открой категорию → Сбросить прогресс. Позиция и пропущенные вопросы удаляются сразу.
- Обращения в поддержку: письмо на nur.almakhanov@gmail.com с ID игрока — удалим в течение 30 дней.
Что удаляется
Сразу: аккаунт (ID, имя, email от Google/Apple), избранное, прогресс, обращения в поддержку со скриншотами. Запись о покупке остаётся у Google Play / App Store по их правилам — разблокировку можно восстановить на том же аккаунте магазина. Аналитика и отчёты о сбоях после удаления не связаны с личностью; агрегированные данные Firebase хранит до 14 месяцев.
