Quesso Terms of Use

Thanks for playing Quesso. These terms are short on purpose.
The app
Quesso gives you conversation questions to play with a partner, friends, family, or by yourself. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices. The questions and app content are ours (or our licensors') — please don't scrape, resell, or republish them.
Purchases
The premium unlock ("Quesso Pro") is a one-time purchase processed by Google Play or the App Store under their payment terms. It's tied to your signed-in account and works on all devices where you use that account. Refunds are handled by the store's standard refund policies.
Be a good table
Some categories contain mature, provocative, or intimate questions and are age-gated accordingly (the app is rated 17+). Every question can be passed — answering is always an invitation, never an obligation. You're responsible for choosing categories appropriate for your group.
Accounts
You can play as a guest or sign in with Google or Apple. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (e.g., attacking our infrastructure or spamming support).
No warranties, limited liability
Quesso is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for indirect damages — or for what happens at your table when someone answers a Hot Take too honestly.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the new version. The date above reflects the current version.
